Williams Rochdale received a visit from BMW CEO, Chris Brownridge, to celebrate the group winning the BMW Retailer of the Year Award.
IT beat more than 140 other BMW retailers, Williams Rochdale scooped both best regional and best national BMW retailer accolades.
Criteria included service, product knowledge customer satisfaction and sales success of both new and approved used BMW. The Rochdale team scored highly across the board
Williams Rochdale managing director Guy Adams, said: “We welcome Chris to our retail centre to present the awards and to recognise the contribution of every team member.
“Chris’s presence underlines the importance placed on striving for excellence by the company and I am proud that this commitment has been acknowledged at the highest level.”
Brownridge said: “Meeting the team and experiencing their enthusiasm, dedication to customer service and exceptional product knowledge has confirmed they are worthy winners.
