Rental car set on fire, explodes by San Antonio airport: cop
A 35-yr-old male was arrested following authorities say he set a rental auto on fireplace in advance of it exploded in close proximity to the San Antonio International Airport.

A rental automobile “exploded as if it contained ammunition” near a Texas airport following a guy set it on fire, according to nearby studies.
Authorities say a 35-year-old male set the vehicle on fireplace at a gas station close to the San Antonio Intercontinental Airport prior to driving toward the terminals around the weekend, KENS claimed.
As the motor vehicle grew to become immersed in flames, officials say the suspect escaped and ran absent, according to WOAI.
The automobile then exploded like it was comprehensive of ammo, police explained, according to the San Antonio Express-Information.
Police and firefighters were named to the explosion in the 9000 block of Airport Boulevard at about 10 p.m. Saturday, June 11, KSAT noted. No one was found inside of the auto, and no a person documented any accidents.
Authorities applied surveillance videos to find the suspect, WOAI noted. He was afterwards arrested by San Antonio Airport Police outside the house Terminal B.
He faces an arson demand, KSAT described, and the investigation is ongoing.
